BREAKING: America's fake, corporate news being outpaced by real news

From Business Insider: "Hillary Clinton Says Al Jazeera Is Putting American Media To Shame"
[Clinton] says a major reason the State Department needs money is because "we are in an information war and we are losing that war."

Clinton said private media is not good enough to handle the job: "Our private media cannot fill that gap.
. . .

"Al Jazeera is winning."
Doesn't Hillary Clinton know that news is a "loss leader"?

Also: how long will it be before Clinton is taken to task for the heresy of suggesting "private media is not good enough to handle the job"?

Insane!

A few workable solutions come readily to mind:
  • Give large government grants to Fox News

  • Outsource American news to India (it's uncertain at this time that China has the industrial capacity to produce the volume of bullshit America requires)

  • Cut the State Department's budget entirely and close the place down -- it's no banana stand on the boardwalk

The deeper problem -- aside from America's need for a more robust regimen of propaganda -- is Clinton's indefensible lack of faith in private enterprise.

According to the esteemed Republican party, everything is better when it's done by private enterprise.

In fact, I'm such a believer in private enterprise, I think all politicians and political parties should be outsourced to Korea -- either one.

Maybe the problem is that the propaganda effort of America's corporate media has been directed primarily at the American public. That could be it. Can't half blame the U.S. for wanting to keep its best, most persusaive homegrown bullshit for its own people.

Better yet, Senator Clinton should be replaced by someone who still believes in American ingenuity.
